Shipping

Items are shipped within 1-3 business days after order is received. 

Arrival of items will depend on the courier and shipping service chosen. 

 

Refunds 

No returns or refunds on items unless the item was received in a condition not otherwise noted in the item description. Please read through the item description carefully before purchasing!

Inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is not as listed,  or if you receive the wrong item, so that we find a solution together and make it right for you. 

No returns or refunds available for sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item or get back store credit. You must pay for shipping back the item. 

 

Quality Assurance

All items come from a smoke-free and pet-free office. 

All items will either be brand new, and/or laundered, washed, and disinfected to combat any possibility of transmission of the virus and maintain optimal quality of products for your safety.
